I'm Laura Burkitt, an established London-based freelance lifestyle and event stylist, copy writer and journalist with over 10 years experience in the industry. After graduating from Central St.Martins with BA (Hons) in Fashion Communication, I have gone onto work for numerous publications including Condé Nast Brides where I spent four successful years. With a range of styling expertise and experie

nce working with leading lifestyle photographers, I am as happy working on detailed shots in the studio as with large teams on location. I come armed with a bulging address book from props through to interiors, as well as exceptional relationships with the very best wedding suppliers in the industry.

My wealth of wedding knowledge has led to me working as an event stylist for both corporate and private clients. Most recently I designed and styled press events for Not On The High Street at One Marylebone, and Moet & Chandon at The Ritz Hotel. Having worked across the travel pages at Brides, I have since gone onto work as a design consultant and interior stylist for a luxury hotel brand. I have art directed and styled travel and venue brochures, and continue to write travel reviews, specialising in luxury honeymoons.

I have worked as a copywriter for both wedding and interior brands, this year working extensively on the launch of luxury online interior shop, th2studio.
