Hi All! FYI for those that may have missed it from October 31st 2020, Monzo will introduce a cash withdrawal fee. Dear Members, many currency exchanges have now closed but we have kept our online platform open for you. We are committed to helping our customers convert their travel money into pounds, especially in times of such uncertainty. If your holiday has been cancelled, you can still convert the foreign currency you bought into pounds using our buy back service. We will transfer the pounds equivalent directly into your bank account via a BACS payment.
