The Secrets Bahia Real Resort and Spa is a luxury hotel on Fuerteventura’s peaceful northern shores.

It’s got a sleepy setting on the outskirts of Corralejo, with a private sandy beach out in front, and a gorgeous outlook of the Atlantic Ocean and the distant isle of Lanzarote.

As for the hotel itself, it’s an imposing, regal-feeling property, with a candy-coloured exterior and wraparound gardens.

There’s a big focus on spoiling yourself here. You’ll find three lagoon-like pools tucked among the tropical grounds, all of which come with a side-order of loungers and chic daybeds. The state-of-the-art spa has all the trimmings, too, ticking off a sauna and steam rooms, sensation showers, and a huge range of treatments, including full body massages, skin-soothing body wraps and facials.
