Mr Quinn's life, his very survival was won with the weaving of wonders. The Great War, the destruction, the tatters of sanity it left behind and the enduring dark, dwelling on the edge of life and death in his mind. His only shred of hope was myth, legend and carving out a new world to inhabit, captivating his consciousness with the need of different, of better, of new. Perhaps a hopeless fantasy, but a lifeline none the less, one that he felt compelled to share with the world. From this overwhelming compulsion, Mr Quinn's Radio Theatre was born. Out of the ashes of decay and destruction, hope was found. During the roaring 20's, the era of the wireless, Mr Quinn's Radio Theatre could be heard in every home across the country. But what the audience heard through their wireless is only half the story. Mr Quinn's Radio theatre, created by Mark Phillimore, is completely improvised and created with a passion for a truthful, exciting and real theatrical experience. Each nights show is different as it grows with the relationships between the cast, revealing each ones closeted skeletons and secrets. We can't tell you exactly what to expect, but we can promise a creative and compelling story you won't soon forget.
