Well it’s been an odd day after the storm…from eerie calmness to incredible gusts of wind changing direction at least 3 times, witnessing wheelie bins travelling around the yard quicker than Lewis Hamilton, Theo’s play equipment somehow taking off from the side garden relocating itself in the rear garden then relative calmness again this morning warm winter sunshine this afternoon followed by rain, gales hailstone and now a significant lightning storm!
Glad I’m not in a caravan on the park so hats off to those who are; it may be another uncomfortable evening!!
As today’s gloriously warm sunshine comes to an end we were treated to a murmaration of starlings albeit the grand finale was a couple of fields away 😀
In keeping with the wildlife thread, 8 Canada Geese attempting a landing in the large pond….
