We are a friendly family owned over 50's holiday park set in the Cairngorm National Park. We have completely remodelled from a camping & touring park to a privately owned holiday static / lodge park. All our static and lodge pitches are hard standing, fully supplied with water, drainage and piped gas supply. We have 27 spacious pitches spread amongst beautiful landscaping matching the wonderful su

rrounding countryside. With a relaxing atmostphere to wake up to each morning, you will find it hard not to unwind! The Blair Atholl area is famed for its wonderful scenery, its superb hospitality, clear sparkling air, fine food and helpful locals who make your stay easy and fun. The villages of Calvine, Blair Atholl, Bruar, Killiecrankie and Struan all offer the finest hospitality. They all nestle into the surrounding rivers, mountains, hills and glens which create some of the most spectacular unspoilt scenery in Scotland. The area also boasts cycle paths, way-marked trails, guided tours and walks where you can catch a glimpse of the abounding wildlife which habitat this area. The area is full of history; you can discover a major part of this with a visit to Blair Castle or visit the scene of the Battle of Killiecrankie and the Jacobite rebellions of the 18th Century. There are a host of local attractions and museums to visit. We offer a range of new and pre-owned luxury static holiday homes for sale within the beautiful grounds of our holiday park – ideal for a peaceful weekend haven or as a second home in Scotland. Dog owners are more than welcome and will love the abundance of walks available in the area. We are located less than 1 mile from the A9 at Calvine. (Perth to Inverness Road) Suitably positioned to be within 1.5 hours drive from Aberdeen, Dundee, Edinburgh and Inverness. Please note: The caravan park does not accept tourers, motor homes or tents.

Visiting the park and looking for something to do? The Blair Castle International Horse trials are on just along the road from us from the 24th to 27th August. It looks fun to watch and there will be plenty to see and do… dogs are welcome too. 🙂

Sunday park update… we’ve had another very busy week at the park. We hope everyone who has visited us has enjoyed their holidays and peaceful breaks away. Please leave us a review on Facebook, Tripadvisor or Google as this really helps us.

We have both pet friendly 🐕 accommodation (we love dogs) and non pet friendly units where pets haven’t been in.

Our pet friendly accommodation features our swift Bordeaux (van 1), Swift Bordeaux Escape (van 2), and a recently added Lodge to our line lineup (lodge 4).

Our non pet friendly units are lodges 1-3 and 2 x swift bordeaux escapes (vans 3&4).

We offer 3,4 and 7 night stays + with checkins on a Monday and Friday.

Pet friendly August availability:..

Van 2 swift bordeaux escape available 3 nights from 25th August
Lodge 4 - available now until 21st august, then available again from 28th August

Non pet friendly August availability
Van 3 - available now until 18th August, then from 25th august to 4th September.
Van 4 - available now for the whole of august
Lodge 1 - available 11th august for 3 nights, then from 28th august onwards
Lodge 2 - available from 14th august to 24th august
Lodge 3 - available from 14th august onwards.

We have just added a lodge to our line up of pet friendly accommodation. The lodge features kitchen, lounge with smart tv, 2 double bedrooms, small dining room and toilet with shower. We also offer free park wifi for the duration of your stay.

Summer park update.. that’s us half way through our holiday season already. We have had a busy season so far and we hope everyone who has visited us has enjoyed their stay - can we ask anyone who has visited to please leave a review on Facebook, google or Tripadvisor as it really helps us. 🙂

Our pet friendly holiday homes have been very popular and we have just added a pet friendly lodge to our line up.

The park features super fast broadband where we now offer free wifi to all guests. All our holiday homes and lodges have everything you need to enjoy a completely peaceful and relaxing stay including bedding and towels.

There are an abundance of walks around by the park and so many places to visit close by including Blair Castle & gardens, Bruar Falls, The House of Bruar, Queens view and Pitlochry to name a few.

Blair Castle will be hosting the Atholl Highlanders Parade on the 27th May and The Atholl Gathering Highland Games on the 28th May which is just 5 minutes from the Park. We have plenty of accommodation still available if anyone would like to visit and stay. Get in touch with us.

We are pleased to announce we are finally a super connected park and now have ultra fast broadband. 🥳

We have waited many years for this and it went live with us today. All our holidays will now include free ultrafast broadband through our park WiFi.

Some updated pictures from the park today. 🙂 We are excited to announce we reopen for our holiday season in April for our Luxury Holiday Homes & Lodges. We have pet friendly units available too.

We are also super excited to announce that we have finally had super fast broadband installed in the area (we’ve waited years for it) and this will be going live at the park in the coming weeks where we will be offering free WIFi to all our guests.

We are pleased to say we will be back open in June and our availability calendar is now showing on Hoseasons website for 3, 4 and 7 night bookings. A full Covid Risk Assessment has been carried out and there are procedures in place to keep everyone safe. We are ready and good to go 😊
