🎉 The 2024 Season is up and running and the availability for this year is already very limited 😲... many of you have become regular, repeat customers and we cant thank you enough for continuing to re-book with us each year 🥰

Its been a busy couple of weekends 😴 but weve enjoyed being back down in the caravan opening up, our 6 month old babygirl is settling right into the caravan way of life 👶😂💕

🧹🧼The caravan has been jetwashed, decking scrubbed, windows cleaned, carpets all cleaned, aswell as the sofas washed and scrubbed. We have replaced the shower head and hose aswell as the toilet seat so that there lovely modern, shiny and clean 🤩 We have replaced all the mattress protectors and pillow protectors for the new season and added new bedding, tea towels and hand towels, bought a new table and chairs for inside and replaced a few blinds, we have added a rug to the bedroom for extra cosyness aswell as new bedside lamps 🥰😍😅 We have also added an air fryer...as i cant live without mine at home so why should caravan life be any different 😆 A new umbrella for outdoors...when the wind isnt blowing we may get to use it ⛱️😆 and 2 new beautiful bay trees outside 🌴🌴

We take pride in our little holiday home and we also use it a lot ourselves, so all we ask is for guests to respect and look after it in return... so far over the years everyone has treated our holiday home just like they would there own and we hope this continues for the 2024 season 👍❤️

🚶‍♀️ 2 minutes walk from all the ameneties, fantasy island is only across the road and the beach is a few minutes walk away.
🛏 2 bedroom (Double and Twin) clean spacious caravan with a pull out double sofa bed in the lounge making a 6 person stay comfortable
🛌 Fresh Clean Bed Linen Provided for your stay in both of the bedrooms (own towels needed)
🍴 Lovely modern kitchen which leads out onto a spacious and secure veranda
📺🎵🎮 WI-FI, Smart TV, Dvds, Board Games and Xbox to keep you or your little ones entertained, aswell as a Small TV/DVD in the twin bedroom and Small Tv in the master
🛏🚽 Master bedroom has a en-suite and a walk in wardrobe, giving you plenty of space!
🏖 Beach Toys and Equipment available to use during your stay

🚭 No smoking inside the caravan - Outside Only Please

💷 A £50 deposit will be needed secure your dates and this is UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES REFUNDABLE once youve made your booking, however this does come off your final balance.

‼️ £50 DAMAGE Bond also due on top of your final balance, however this is fully refundable and will be refunded back to you within 24hrs of your departure. This refund is obviously dependant on the caravan being checked, cleaned and inspected for damages/breakages.
