Wow! What a busy peak it has been. Thank you for choosing us again! We're excited to let you know, we are now taking bookings for the 2024 season. Book today and we'll get everything ready for your stay with us.

Our price list for 2024 is being reviewed tomorrow, as of 2024 we are doing booking slightly differently. Instead of the usual Saturday to Saturday breaks, we are offering a variety as follows;

Friday to Monday (3 nights)
Monday to Friday (4 nigths)
Friday to Friday (7 nights)
Friday to following Monday (10 nights)

Also we will still allow block bookings from 14 nights onwards - please note that the prices increase and decrease as per the part of season as usual.

As a business, we will not be offering any other break than a minimum of 3 night's break as of 2024, also the family & friends discount will remain at owners discretion based on cleanliness after your departure.

As of 2024, prices will increase but the family & friends discount will remain* where we will do our best to make it a little more affordable for you.

*family & friends discount is subject to caravan availability and standard of how the accommodation is left after your stay - we can charge full price anytime if any of the Terms and Conditions are breached.

Sorry all in advance for this little rant but as administrator for this page, caravan cleaner, booking admin and everything else. I am furious to find out that people are constantly in breach of the Terms and Conditions literally everywhere on this page, our website and sent via email when you book.

I personally annoyed with the owner of the caravan coming to me to say something has happened during time at the van and I am sick of hearing the site office constantly telling us this.

I personally sat from 9pm to 4am one night to type up those Terms and Conditions for an enjoyable stay in the caravan and I am just baffled that people can abuse this and ignore them.

Note to the site office: I typed up the UPDATED Terms and Conditions back in October to cover our backs as owners, thus any incidents that happen the renters are aware of our views on anti-social behaviour, ball games or generally anything and they take full responsibility over their breach of contract.
