Hi everyone
George and I are walking the Yorkshire 3 peaks this coming Sunday 24th sept. 8 of us will take it in turns carrying a dummy on a 4 man stretcher over the 24 miles just to make things harder .
The charities we are raising money for are Yorkshire Air ambulance
Winstons wish, children’s charity supporting kids who have been bereaved of their parents.
And Skipton Rugby Club mini and junior sections
Please please can you support us by giving just a much as you can afford , even a couple of pounds make a difference.

Only 36 hours to go until my man George Gibbs and his pals walk a staggering 65 miles back to back between our local rugby clubs for charities !!!

They will be leaving Skipton Rugby Club at 9am Saturday 30th April. Please please come and show your support to these lunatics.. shout, cheer and wave them off !!!!

Anyone who is around this weekend and feel like stretching your legs, come and help the guys by walking along with them on any of the legs on Saturday (day, eve or night ) or Sunday (morn).. Give me a shout and I can let you know details of where the team will be and what time so you can join them.

I will personally be joining them for one of the night legs on Saturday, which is from Wharfedale to Ilkley rugby club leaving Threshfield around 7pm.. I have my head torch so I’m sure it’ll absolutely fine 🤪.

Any support on any of the stretches will be great ..

A lot of my friends and clients may already know that my husband George Gibbs was tragically orphaned at the age of 15. Back then there was no emotional support offered to him in the form of an organisation or charity specific to child bereavement, meaning he had to find his own way in many aspects of his life growing up.

In recent months George has discovered a charity called Winston Wish who are the UK’s first childhood bereavement charity offering emotional and practical support to bereaved children.

George will be walking a incredible 65 miles ‘in 1 stint !’ to raise funds for this amazing cause.
