Few skimming jobs we have recently completed
for new and existing customers 😁

1st job - was in Roundswell Barnstaple.
Plasterboarded & skimmed a garage ceiling, also fitted the loft hatch & insulated above 👌

2nd job - was in South Molton.
Blown and damaged hallway wall, prepped and over skimmed 👌

3rd job - was in North Molton.
Room was previously skimmed (not by us) and skimmed very poorly.
We prepped the ceiling & all walls and over skimmed. Much better finish now 👌

4th job - was in Alswear.
Old damaged ceiling due to a leak. Old ceiling ripped down, new plasterboard put up & skimmed flat and smooth 👌

We love a little repair job just as much as the big jobs, so please get in touch whatever the job might be 💪

Another site nearly completed 😁
Brandninch in Goodleigh, Barnstaple.

All skimming works inside all completed 🤩

Rendering outside started this weekend. Nice weather next week 🤞 so we can get it all beaded and scratched up, ready for top coat 😁

Every year we seem to get more and more busy, and i never think it's possible to get busier but it just keeps coming and coming 😜 Busiest with ever been in my whole 10 years of running my business, and it's also thanks to you guys for sharing and tagging me in posts, i seem to win the majority of work that im tagged in so please keep tagging and sharing as its massively appreciated 😊

We have a great team on board from employees to subcontractors, and we will always provide a top quality finish, Whether it's Plastering or General Building works, we have you covered 😁

Full bathroom refit completed 😎

This was two rooms, a w/c and a bathroom and a little landing that we turned into one new big lovely spacious bathroom😍 and the customers couldn't be happier 😁

This was the customers only bathroom, so we worked around the old bath and left it plumbed in and clean for them to use every night, a bit of a mission, but we delivered as always 👌

Now for the flooring to go down, some tiling and a bit more painting then will be fully completed 😁

North Molton Chimney repair 🤩

We got someone in to put new lead work around the chimney and replace some roofing tiles for us. Then we freshened up the chimney with new render, flaunching, and painting. No more water getting inside now 👌

Job for MCL Property and Construction Ltd.

MCL are extremely busy on a barn conversion right now, so we stepped in to help them out on one of there jobs in Bickington 😁

Jobs we didStud work & boxing in ✅️Plasterboarding ✅️Removed a window and took a wall down inbetween rooms to create an opening ✅️Removed another window and replaced with a smaller window ✅️Block work & brick work ✅️Prepping and skimming work carried out on ceilings and walls ✅️

Once the stairs is sorted and a tall unit is fitted, we will be popping back to skim it all in flush and finish 👌

Job we squeezed in just before the Christmas break...

The builder done all the tanking and scratch coats of render, and got it all ready for us, then we turned up and smashed it out like we do 😁

Prepped and skimmed the ceilings with multifinish ✅️
Plastered all the walls with One coat ✅️

The rooms and walls full of character, love it 😍

Flat renovation in Swimbridge 🤩

All new carpets fully covered up ✅️
All radiators taking off and put back on ✅️
Cracked walls repaired and prepped ✅️
All soild external walls were insulated from the inside, & plasterboarded ✅️
All walls we're prepped & skimmed ✅️
Some pipe work boxed in ✅️
New skirting boards fitted in some areas ✅️
New bedroom door fitted ✅️
Loft cleared out ✅️
Porch walls all cleaned, prepped, & patched ✅️

Back this week to put a new floor in the porch area, & lay the carpet back down ready for the flat to be rented in the the year 😁

Looking so much cleaner & nicer now its all been painted 👌

Barn conversion in Kings Nympton just completed...

One of my lads helped the builder with the roofing project. Also helped with some of the boarding and prep work internally. Then he smashed out all the skimming 👏

Then, straight over to another new build underway in Kings Nymtpm 👌

Last push untill Christmas now and then a nice little break for us all and well deserved indeed.

Another room for a returning customer in Burrington 💥

Very old room, untouched for some time, in need of some tlc...

All old ripped out, repaired some joists, all woodwork treated, stone work repairs, new ceilings, new walls, and all skimmed out. Also replaced some old rotted out wood cladding, just got to pop back to finish a couple bits off and second fix electrics ✅️✅️✅️

Left as much character in the room as we could, and the customers we're once again over the moon with the end result 😁

Back next year for the next room 🤩

School house, East anstey

Not the first time we been called to look at a job because of water getting inside where it shouldn't be, and im sure it won't be the last.

First job was to fix the problems outside to stop the water getting in, i.e., gutters and down pipes unblocked and fixed back up properly, also cracks and holes sorted and filled in the external render.

Once we knew we had the water situation under control, we then got to work on the inside. Customers didn't want the ceiling down, so that was repaired and patched. All walls effected was stripped back and re done. All affected wood was treated. All electrics checked and new back boxes & sockets put in 👌

Customer wanted to keep old window sill 🤔 so there filling it where needed and sorting that out, and also gave them the right material and advice to bring the slate back to life, which they wanted to do after painting 😁

Parish Hall Renovation 🤩

Local old tired Parish Hall in need of a bit of a refurb.

We did this whole job from start to finish with the help of pulling in other local trades to get the job done in a timely and effective manner.

Works completed
Tanking ✅️
Plastering✅️
Painting and decorating ✅️
Concreting ✅️
Plumbing ✅️
Electrics ✅️
New entrance made and new fire door fitted ✅️
New steps built and new railings fitted ✅️
New drainage ✅️
New fascia board and repairs ✅️
Guttering fixed ✅️
And much more...

Not all render was taking off externally, only patch repairs, taking off what was blown and loose and leaving what was solid to stay ✅️

Great job and thanks to those that was invloved 👏👏👏
