Emergency call out, correction clipping ie. if someone’s clippers have broken and they need there horses clip finishing. A new call out charge for this service will be add going forth of £20. For this to also apply. The clip must be corrected within 72hrs of message /call being answered
Emergency call out clipping - A fee of £20 will be added to the finished clip charge n is to be completed within 48hrs
A Horse/pony that is putting the clipper at risk ie. rearing, kicking etc. Will therefore be asked to postpone the clipping and rearrange with a vet to be present. The owner/person in presence must respect clippers finial decision on this. A call out charge will be added to this of £20
Any aggressive or miss use of behaviour will not be permitted to horse or clipper. The welfare must be of best interest for everyone. The clipper may therefore stop the clipping and not proceed any further. They must respect the clipper final decision and pay in full and will therefore not be accepted for future bookings
