😆 Is laughter really the best medicine?
Some of us tested it out today in honour of Mental Health Awareness Week. From small chuckles to full on belly laughs, we giggled our way through an hour of Laughter Yoga and learnt that having a laugh can enhance your intake of oxygen-rich air, stimulate your heart, lungs and muscles, and increase the endorphins that are released by your brain.
We like to think we're a happy bunch at Travel Places, but having learnt about the benefits, we'll be making an effort to get ourselves and each other laughing even more.
