I will be there for you from the moment your first signs of labour start with encouragement and focus. I will provide support in many ways and will help you experience a positive birth. As a Birth Doula I will provide informational support and physical support th

roughout your labour and also support to your partner. As a Postpartum Doula I provide in-home care from birth. I provide evidenced based information on things such as infant feeding, emotional and physical recovery from birth, mother–baby bonding, infant soothing, and basic newborn care.
