Who is OM’BUCHA Kombucha? We are a 2-person team that’s locally brewing and bottling kombucha tea in Tel Aviv. OM’BUCHA uses local Israeli products to create a drink that is fizzy, fermented, and refreshing. We offer both a rotating variety of seasonal, vegan-friendly, all-natural and flavorful kombucha. What began as a curious hobby between two friends, with an interest in healt
h and new experiences, has developed into a greater enjoyment of providing our community with a unique drink that’s new to the Middle East. What Is Kombucha? It is a fermented drink, prepared with green or black tea. It is produced by using a “symbiotic ‘colony’ of bacteria and yeast” (SCOBY). The fermentation process leaves the kombucha with its distinct flavor and many health benefits, while the bottling process gives way to fizzyness and different flavor profiles. The high acidity and low amount of alcohol created through the brewing process allows kombucha to have a shelf life of one to two months. Why drink OM’BUCHA Kombucha? OM’BUCHA Kombucha is a uniquely delicious drink, made from all-natural ingredients, that comes with plenty of fabulous health benefits.
