A lovely family from Netherlands did a Heritage Walk of Old Delhi with us. Over 3 hrs we saw some iconic landmarks in the history of Old Delhi. They absolutely loved the half day tour of Old Delhi with us.

We had a wonderful Heritage and Food Walk of Chandni Chowk on Feb 12. There were over 20 enthusiastic participants. The duration of the walk was to be only 3hrs however we went way past our time as everyone was enjoying the heritage stops and eats of Old Delhi. It was an absolute delight to walk everyone through the hidden gems of old delhi narrating lost stories and sampling food of the iconic eateries of Chandni Chowk. An extremely memorable walk one that we shall not forget for a long long time. Thank you to all those who took part and made it so special.

In this profession goodbyes are the toughest especially when we connect our hearts with our guests which is mostly the case.
These two teenagers were on our tour from America and it was an absolute delight to show them Delhi. They were extremely keen to know the history of Delhi and learn about India’s culture. Though it was just a day tour of Delhi yet it was difficult to say goodbye but with a promise that they would be coming back to experience Rajasthan with Myztic Travels

A cold rainy winter morning didn’t dampen our spirits. We did a 3 hour Heritage and Food walk of Old Delhi for our lovely guests from America. The tour was curated especially for them keeping their food preferences in mind and a fine blend of historical sites of Old Delhi. While the food kept our stomachs and spirits high, the Heritage added just the right zing to the tour.

On a foggy winter morning, a beautiful American family who were travelling through India, chose to travel Delhi with Myztic Travels. We curated an experiential tour showcasing the highlights of Old Delhi & New Delhi. By the end of the day we developed a magical bond. While leaving the lady on the tour Leslie said “it was a perfectly curated tour keeping her teenage boys and daughter in mind and was packed with history and culture which they loved”. The family was so happy that they all gave a warm hug at the end of the tour. They said it was the BEST tour amongst all the tours that they had undertaken during their travels in India.
They promised to travel Rajasthan with Myztic Travels in the future and we are looking forward to that.

Myztic Travels curated a Delhi tour for an American Couple who were in India for their wedding reception. It was a foggy day, however that didn’t dampen the spirits and we enjoyed the winter cold on a rickshaw ride through old delhi followed by visits to monuments and the Bangla Sahib Gurudwara where the couple did langar seva and learnt about the history of the Sikhs and the concept of langar. The Jewish festival Hanukkah is on and since the lady was a Jew we made an impromptu plan and wove the Synagogue into the tour and they loved being there and were excited and grateful at the same time for the experience as it was woven last minute into the tour over lunch. We offered special prayers at the Torah as the son of the Rabbi was kind enough to open the Torah ( the Jewish scriptures) which they normally open only on special days. Lunch was at an iconic eatery serving delicious North India since paneer, dal makhni and chicken tikka was the couple’s favourite.
Myztic Travels is known for its flexibility. For us guest delight is everything.
It was a memorable tour.

On Sunday Dec 18, Myztic Travels organised the second walk of the series Hidden Gems of Delhi called “ The Walk of Divine Romance” unravelling the hidden gems of Mehrauli Village. The walk was led by Zareen Kahai. We had a group of 30 enthusiastic participants who were mesmerised by the stories of the Sufi Saints of the land, the essence of Sufism and the grand history of the Delhi Sultanate and the Mughal Empire. Thank you to all to all the participants for braving the cold and making the walk so memorable with their presence. We ended the winter walk with some sumptuous Indian hot snacks at an iconic eatery.

The first of the series Hidden Gems of Delhi : The Jahanpanah walk was led by Zareen Kahai on Sunday, Nov 27.
The walk was attended by 30 enthusiastic participants who braved the early morning chill and walked nearly 2hrs through the most unseen and unknown monuments of Delhi and went back enriched with the history and stories of the Sultanate period.
