Pangarchulla sunrise.🌞
Today is the most challenging part of trekking. We will start trek at night around 3/4 AM at night, geared up with all technical gears. Today is the toughest and longest day.15kms, 11/12 hrs. Then back to the same campsite. Overnight stay at Khullara camp. There are limited water source on todays long trek, carry enough water for today.
Altitude : 4567 meters / 15,069 ft.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗹
Today we are going to tell you about one of the most challenging Trek of Uttarakhand. The Panpatia Col trek. It is not the everyones cup of tea, demands a good amount of experience in high altitude trekking, a quite good fitness and obviously physical stamina & endurance.
Panpatia is not just a Pass, it is Col, which needs mountaineering technical knowledge & skills. But you don't need to get a headache about that, your team leader & guide will do the job for you. They will be there to facilitate your trek. This route is quite difficult to negotiate, consists of steep climb of Parvati Col, moraine zone, boulder zone, risky ice field and glaciers, terrifying cliffs, roaring rivers, that is also in very high altitude. A bit bad weather can make this trek more difficult to navigate. This trek is only for those who have done at least 2/3 difficult 4500 mtrs above pass & treks.
But on the other hand this trek offers outstanding views of himalayas, Mt. Chaukhamba(7138 m) will right in front your eyes, larger than life, along with Nilkanth, Balakun, Hati Parvat, Dhauliganga peaks.
This trek starts from the alkananda river valley,Badrinath which is 30kms ahead of Joshimath and ends at Madmaheshwar/Ransi village. Only one village on the starting day i. e. Khirao. No tree line after that till Madmaheshwar. One high altitude lake is on the descending route, Sujal Sarovar.
The altitude of Panpatia Col is 5200 mtrs, lies between two unnamed peaks at the end of Panpatia ice field.
Need proper acclimatization, and also medical & oxygen kit for this trek.
This Col connects between Kedarnath & Badrinath valley. There is a mythological story behind this Col. The Pujaris of Kedarnath & Badrinath temple worship their god in the same day by using this route.

The Garhan village on the first day of trek is famous with Israeli touch in India. It is about 200 years old beautiful small village hidden inside the hinalayas.

# # -- Changing Scene
The trek don't give you any chance to get boar. The secne, nature and flora continueously changes with the altitude gain. You can experience Turbulant Parvati river, georgeous
waterfalls, dense forest to barren meadow ad oviously snow capped mountains.

# # -- Experience glitering Snow
At the high altitude you may encounter with snow blanketed path. When you cross the Pass the snow trail will take you a another world with high snow mountains surrounding you.

# # -- Mostly Easy trail
The most trail in this trek are risk free and very begginer friendly. This is the perfect choice for the trekkers who doesn't have any experience of Himalayan trek. And also
this is a trek through which you can introduce your child a himalayan trek.

𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗥𝗬

DAY 1 -- Arrive Kasol Base camp
Reach Kasol Base camp before afternoon, finish all registration procedure and participate on acclimatization walk. Overnight stay at the Kasol Base camp/Homestay.
Altitude : 5183 ft.

DAY 2 -- Trek to Garhan
After breakfast start your trek to Garhan village camp. It is a 9kms trek, around 5/6 hrs. Overnight stay at tents in Garhan.
Altitude : 7,700 ft

DAY 3 -- Trek Garhan to Min Thach
Today will be a bit challenging ascent for few hours. Reach the camp after a trek of 6 kms, 5/6 hrs. Overnight stay at tents on Min Thach.
Altitude: 11,100 ft.

DAY 4 -- Trek Min Thach to Nagaru
Today there are few steep ascent starts with moderate ascent but a short trek day. 4 kms, 4/5 hrs. Overnight stay at tents in Nagaru.
Altitude: 12,700 ft.

DAY 5 -- Trek Nagaru to Sar Pass to Biskei Thach
We will start early in the morning for hard snow path and to get a very rare view of sunrise from the pass. Overnight stay at Biskeri Thach tents.
Altitude: 13,800 ft.

DAY 6 -- Trek Biskeri Thach to Barshaini, Drive to Kasol
On the last day of Hike enjoy pine forest, majestic mountains and velvet grass land. Trek down to Barshaini, 6 kms, 4/5 hrs. Your trip ends here. Drive from Barshaini to Kasol or anyother desired place.
