Harishchandragad Trek and Camping at Kokankada organized by Sahyadri Trekkers dated 30-31 March 2024

In the morning we have visited to Harishchandreshwar Temple and Kedareshwar caves. Afterwards climbed Taramati Peak and stayed at Kokankada.

We did not cause any harm to the flora and fauna in the jungle and maintained its beauty. We have enjoyed the trek and ensured not to leave any traces in mountain trail.

Adventure trek AMK - Alang Madan Kulang forts organised by Sahyadri Trekkers completed successfully dated 3-4-Feb-24. We have taken care of all the safety precautions.

🔱 *दिवस आठवा - चावंड किल्ल्यावरील चामुंडा देवी* 🚩

गडाच्या सर्वात उंच भागात चामुंडा देवीचे मंदिर आहे. मंदिरातील मूर्ती प्राचीन असून बांधकाम मात्र नवीन आहे. आजुबाजूला जुन्या मंदिराचे अवशेष विखुरलेले दिसतात. एक तुटलेली मूर्ती आढळते जी एखाद्या ऋषींचे प्रतीक असावी. तसेच एक आश्चर्यकारक गोष्ट म्हणजे या चामुंडा देवीच्या मंदिरासमोर आढळणारा नंदी. जुन्या अवशेषांमध्येही नंदीची मूर्ती आढळते. याचा अर्थ हा होतो की जवळच कुठेतरी शिवलिंग असावे आणि काळाच्या ओघात हरवले असावे.

🔱 *दिवस सातवा - घनगडावरील गारजाई देवी* 🚩

एकोले गावातून गडावर जाणाऱ्या मळलेल्या वाटेवर गारजाई देवीचे मंदीर आहे. या मंदिरात गारजाई देवीची मूर्ती असून मंदिराच्या डाव्या बाजूच्या भिंतीत एक "श्री गारआई महाराजांची व किल्ले घनगडाची" असा शिलालेख कोरलेला आहे, हा शिलालेख अलीकडच्या काळातील असावा. मंदिराच्या समोर दिपमाळ आहे बाजूला काही वीरगळ पडलेले आहेत. मंदिराच्या समोरच एक तोफगोळा पडलेला आहे.

🔱 *दिवस सहावा - कळसूबाई महाराष्ट्रातील सर्वोच्च शिखर* 🚩

कळसूबाई पर्वतशिखर समुद्रसपाटीपासून ५४०० फूट उंच आहे. शिखरावर कळसुबाई देवीचे एक छोटे मंदिर आहे, या मंदिरात नवरात्र उत्सव मोठ्या थाटामाटात आयोजित केला जातो. देवीची अशी आख्यायिका सांगितली जाते की, कळसुबाई ही तेथील गावातील सून होती आणि तिला बऱ्यापैकी औषधी वनस्पतींबद्दल ज्ञान होते. गावातील लोकांची ती सेवा करत असे, कालांतराने तिच्या मृत्यू नंतर गावातील लोकांनी तिची ओळख म्हणून त्या शिखराला तिचे नाव दिले आणि तिची आठवण म्हणून शिखरावर एक छोटे मंदिर बांधले. आदिवासी समाजामध्ये पूर्वजांना देव मानले जाते म्हणून आजही कळसुबाईला ते आपली देवी मानतात. कळसुबाई ही आदिवासींची कुलदेवी आहे.

गडाच्या दक्षिण बाजूस गड देवता कोराई देवीचे मंदिर आहे मंदिराचा जीर्णोद्धार केलेला आहे. कोराई देवी ची मूर्ती प्रसन्नवदनी, चतुर्भुज प्रकारातील असुन शस्त्रसज्ज आहे, ही देवीची मूर्ती दीड मीटर उंच आहे. देवीच्या मंदिरासमोरच एक दीपमाळ आहे ,त्याच्या बाजूला एक महिषासूर मर्दीनीची मुर्ती कोरलेला दगड आहे. कोराई देवी मंदिराच्या पुढे खालच्या बाजूला दोन बुरुजांच्या मध्ये गडाचा दुसरा दरवाजा आहे.

🇮🇳 कारगिल विजय दिवस 26 जुलै 🇮🇳 ऑपरेशन विजय यशस्वीपणे पार पाडून पाकिस्तान च्या घुसखोरीला भारताने सडेतोड उत्तर देवुन निर्विवाद युद्धात विजय मिळवला. हा भाग किती दुर्मिळ आणि किती अवघड आहे ह्याची कल्पना जोपर्यंत आपण प्रत्यक्षात जावुन हा भाग बघत नाही तोपर्यंत येत नाही. हाड गोठवणारी थंडी, वाहणारा वारा, शत्रूच्या अगदी टप्प्यात, डोंगरावर वजन घेवून नुसतंच जायचं नाही तर वरून येणाऱ्या घातक माऱ्याला तोंड द्यायचं. 16000 फुटांवर ते अशक्य आहे हे कारगिल वॉर मेमोरियल ला आल्यावरच कळतं. 🇮🇳 ये दिल मांगे मोर 🇮🇳 19 जुन 1999 ची काळोखी रात्र, पॉईंट 5140 म्हणजे हृदयात धडकी भरवणार टोलोलिंगच्या उत्तरेकडे असणार एक उंच शिखर. शत्रूकडे असणार हे मजबूत ठाण बळकवण्यासाठी तीन पलटणी एका वेळेस वापरण्यात आल्या. 2 नागा बटालियन पश्चिमेकडून, 13 जम्मू आणि काश्मीर रायफल्स बटालियन दक्षिणेकडून आणि 18 गढवा
