善光寺お朝事に行ってきました。
夏時間ということで、5：15くらいに行ったほうが良いと聞いたので、朝4時に起床。
善光寺に4：55くらいに着きました。

早かったかな？と思っていましたが、
素晴らしい朝焼けを見ることができ、
反対側には虹がかかっていました。
しかも、ダブル！

大勧進の御貫主様が頭へ数珠を授けてくださる
お数珠頂戴を受け、本堂でのお朝事へ。
帰りは、大本願の御上人様からお数珠を授けて
頂きました。

朝が早いので、なかなか行けなかったお朝事。
素晴らしい空の現象を見ることができて、
善光寺の朝のお勤めを見ることができて
行ってよかったです。

みなさまも機会があれば、ぜひ！

I went to the Zenkoji Temple morning service.
I was told that it was summer time and that I should be there at about 5:15am.
I heard that it was better to go at about 5:15am, so I woke up at 4:00am.
I arrived at Zenkoji at about 4:55am.

Did we arrive too early? I thought so, but I saw a wonderful sunrise,
There was a rainbow on the other side.
And a double one!

The Daikanjin's head priest bestows prayer beads on our heads.
After receiving the prayer beads, we headed to the morning service in the main hall.

On the way back, we were given a rosary by the head priest of Daihongan.

I was able to see a wonderful phenomenon in the sky,
and watch the morning service at Zenkoji Temple,
so I'm glad I went.

「善光寺大勧進」

大勧進前の亀の池の蓮が咲いています。
大きな花や蕾が鮮やかなピンクや黄色で、
青い空と大きな緑の葉に映えます。

もうすぐ終わりですが、今行けばまだ間に合う　
かもしれません。

オススメですよ。

長野駅前にある『如是姫像』

如是姫は、強欲で信仰心のないインドの富豪月蓋（がっかい）
長者の一人娘。

ある時、国中に疫病が流行り、如是姫も病にかかってしまいました。どんな治療をしても治らない如是姫。
月蓋は姫を救うため、お釈迦様にすがりました。

お釈迦様は、西に向かい南無阿弥陀仏と唱えるように諭され、
月蓋は教えに従い一心に唱えると、阿弥陀さまと弟子の観世音と
大勢至の三像が西の門の上に現れ光を放ち、その光が如是姫の
枕元に届くと病気は回復し、全国の人々も次々に息を吹き返したという事です。

如是姫は善光寺の御本尊である阿弥陀如来さまに助けられた人で　あり、その感謝を示して長野駅ではなく善光寺を向いて香花を
ささげているそうです。

この日は、大きな蕾をもち鮮やかなピンクと黄色の花の蓮が、周りを囲んでいました。

こんなストーリーを知ると、旅が楽しくなりその街を身近に
感じます。

Nyozehime is the only daughter of Gakkai, a wealthy Indian man who is greedy and has no faith.

One day, an epidemic spread throughout the country, and Nyozehime also fell ill. No matter what treatment was given, Nyozehime could not be cured.
To save her, Gakkai appealed to Buddha.

The Buddha instructed him to face the west and chant
"Namu Amida Butsu." Gekkei followed his instructions and chanted with all his heart. Amida Buddha, his disciple Kannon, and three statues appeared above the western
gate and emitted a light. When that light reached Princess Nyozehime's bedside, she recovered from her illness, and people all over the country began to recover one after another.

Legend has it that Princess Nyoze was saved by Amida Buddha, the principal image of Zenkoji Temple, and in thanks she headed towards Zenkoji Temple, rather than heading to Nagano Station, to give a fragrant flower.

On the day of our visit, bright pink and yellow lotus flowers with large buds surrounded the temple.

Learning stories like this makes your trip more enjoyable and makes the city feel more familiar.

『ひがし茶屋街』

昼は、観光客の方がたくさんだった金沢の人気観光地の
ひがし茶屋街。

夜は、人通りも少なくなって、建物のライトアップと
昼とは違い、そよそよと吹く風をよく感じる事が出来ます。
やなぎの木が風にふわふわ揺れて、石畳に写しだされた
木の影も揺れて、なんだか心地よく良い感じです。

機会があれば、夜の『ひがし茶屋街』にもぜひ。

金沢駅『鼓門』

金沢は雨や雪が多いため『駅を降りた人に傘を差し出す
おもてなしの心』をコンセプトに誕生したそうです。

このコンセプト。
おもてなしの心、優しくてあったかくて素敵と思いました。

金沢の伝統芸能である能楽で使われる鼓をイメージしていて
高さが13.7mあり2本の太い柱に支えられた門構えは圧巻です。

たくさんの人が立ち止まり、写真を撮っていました。
見たら撮らずにはいられないですよね。

Kanazawa Station, 'Tsuzumi Gate'.

『ワンダーパーラーカフェ
　メイドさんと紅茶作りツアー』　in静岡

静岡県富士市の『荻野製茶』さんへ紅茶作りをして来ました。

みなさんで茶葉をもみ、自宅に持ち帰り
発酵させ、そのまま生紅茶で頂いたり
フライパンやオーブンで乾かしたり。

梅雨に入り、お天気が心配でしたが、
無事に傘をささず、
楽しい1日に過ごすことが出来ました。

上高地

通称「北アルプス」とも呼ばれる飛騨山脈南部、
梓川上流にある景勝地で国の特別名勝と特別天然記念物に
指定されています。

「上高地」の最大の魅力は、標高3,000m級の山々を間近に望む、
雄大な自然の中でハイキングや登山ができること。
迫力ある山々の姿はもちろん、池や川などのバリエーション　
豊かな美しい自然景観を楽しむことができます。
その美しさは日本のみならず、世界からも高い評価を受けていて
この日もたくさんの海外からの観光客が上高地のハイキングを
楽しんでいました。

写真は、GWが開ける頃に訪れたもの。

爽やかな気候の中、青空と緑のコントラストを満喫することが
できました。
山にも残雪も残り、またそれも美しい季節です。

一度は、訪れてほしい。オススメの場所です。

『松本市美術館』

入り口には、
地元松本出身の草間彌生さんの巨大彫刻作品
≪幻の華≫が展示されています。

敷地内に一歩踏み入れた瞬間から草間彌生さんの
世界感いっぱいで、ここは草間彌生さんの美術館？と
勘違いしてしまいそうなほど、どこもかしこも水玉。

調べてみると草間彌生さんは、幼い頃から草花や
スケッチを楽しむ少女でしたが、一方で統合失調症に
悩まされていました。水玉で視界が覆われる、
花に話しかけられるなどの幻聴・幻覚から逃れるため、その幻聴・幻覚を絵にするようになったとされています。

芸術作品について疎いので、うまく伝えられないのですが、作品をゆっくりじっくり見て自分なりの心地良い場所を探してみたいと思いました。

富山県高岡市
国宝『瑞龍寺』

加賀藩2代藩主前田利長公の菩提をとむらうため
三代藩主利常によって建立された寺。

山門、仏殿、法堂が国宝に指定されています。

美しく広い境内や歴史を感じさせる数々の仏像や　
展示物は、一見の価値あります。

中でも、瑞龍寺最古とされる仏像『木造烏蒭沙魔明王（うすさまみょうおう）立像』や『韋駄天立像』を見ることができます。

烏枢沙摩明王とは禅宗の寺では、東司（とうす＝トイレ）の守護神であり、『韋駄天』は、仏教護持の守護神として祀られ、
足が速いことから韋駄天走りの語源にもなっています。

ぜひ、富山に行く機会がありましたら、立ち寄ってみてはいかがでしょうか？

Zuiryu-ji Temple, a national treasure.

This temple was built by Tosh*tsune, the third lord of the Kaga Domain, to commemorate the memory of Maeda Toshinaga, the second lord of the domain.

The gate, Buddhist temple and Dharma hall are designated national treasures.

The beautiful and spacious precincts of this temple and the numerous Buddhist statues and exhibits that give a sense of history are well worth a visit.
The temple is home to two of the oldest Buddhist statues in Zuiryuji Temple, the Standing Wooden Image of Ususama Myoo and the Standing Image of Vidaten.
The Zen priest Ousama Myoo is the guardian deity of toshi (toilets) in Zen temples,
Vikiten" is enshrined as a guardian deity for the protection of Buddhism and is the origin of the term Vikiten-running, as it is fast on its feet.

If you have the chance to visit Toyama, why not drop by?
The shrine pavilions have a wide sky and a solemn atmosphere.

鳥取県　境港市

ベニズワイガニの水揚げ量日本一を誇る境港市。
漁港には、カニの魚船がずらーっと並んでいました。

漁期の翌年６月までの間は、市内の飲食店などで
ベニズワイガニの料理を味わうことができます。

その中でも春が一番おすすめとのこと。

そして、鳥取県産の天然岩牡蠣「夏輝」は
超濃厚クリーミーで栄養満点。

足を伸ばしてでも味わいたい旬の食です。

『出雲大社』

縁結びの神様として有名な出雲大社。
神話の国と呼ばれている出雲の地で、数千年の歴史がある神殿が
厳かに建っています。

旧暦の10月。
出雲大社から海へと西へ1kmほど向かったところにある
稲佐の浜のある海から、全国の八百万の神さまが出雲大社に
あつまり、我が国や私たちの繁栄や安寧、それに縁結びや
五穀豊穣など、神さまはわが国や私たちの安寧についての
お話をしてくださっている。

この時期、他の土地では神様が留守になるので神無月といいますが、この場所では神在月と呼びます。

日本神話から今も繋いでいる神事。
後世にも繋いでいきたいものです。

大国主命が手を広げた『ムスビの御神像』
その上の雲がなんとも神々しく偉大さを物語っているように
見えます。

出雲大社参拝の際には、名物の『出雲そば』も
お忘れなく…。😊

Izumo Taisha shrine.

Izumo Taisha is famous as the god of marriage.
In Izumo, known as the Land of Myth, a shrine with thousands of years of history stands in solemn splendour.

It's October in the lunar calendar.
About 1km west of Izumo Taisha Shrine, at the sea at Inasa Beach, lies Kumo Taisha Shrine, where the eight million gods from all over Japan congregate. The gods hold a conference to discuss our country and our prosperity and peace, as well as matchmaking and bountiful harvests.

In other places, this time of year is called Kannazuki because the gods are away, but here it is right on the edge of Kamiarizuki.

This is a religious ceremony that has continued from Japanese mythology.

It is something we hope to pass on to future generations.

島根県　出雲市
『稲佐の浜』

出雲大社の西方にある海岸で、国譲り神話や
国引き神話ゆかりの場所です。

弁天島という小さな島があり、岩上には豊玉毘古命を祀る
小さな祠があり、白い砂浜は南へ向かって美しい弧を描いて
長く伸び、日本の渚百選にも選ばれています。

弁天島をシルエットに夕日が沈む風景は素晴らしく、
『日が沈む聖地出雲』のシンボルとして日本遺産にも登録されています。

そして、ここは、『記紀』の国譲り神話では、大国主神が
高天原から派遣された武甕槌神（たけみかづちのかみ）と　
国譲りの交渉をしたという場所。

またこの浜は、旧暦10月10日に全国の八百万の神々をお迎えする、神迎神事の浜でもあります。

Inasa Beach
This coast is located to the west of Izumo Taisha Shrine and is associated with the myths of the transfer of the country and the transfer of the country.

『水木しげるロード』

夜の水木しげるロードは「妖怪たちの時間」として　
日没後、50種類を超える妖怪たちが影絵となってあちこちの
路上に映し出されます。

また177体全てのブロンズ像や樹木も妖しくライトアップ。
時間とともにライトの色が変化していったり、
定期的に流れる音に合わせて点滅したり色が変化する場所が
あったり…。

妖怪たちの世界に迷い込んだ気分になれる夜も水木しげるロードを散策してみてはいかがでしょう。

『鳥取砂丘』

日本海に面して、東京ドーム約820個分の広大な
砂地が鳥取砂丘。国の天然記念物に指定されています。
雄大な砂丘は、中国地方山地の岩石が風化作用で崩れて
砂になり川の水によって日本海に流れ込む。
そして、その海底に積もった砂が波や潮の流れで岸に
打ち上げられ、そこに強い風が吹きつけて内陸に運ばれたもの。

砂丘内に足を踏み入れてみてまず目に入るのが、正面にそびえたつ馬の背の雄大な姿です。

馬の背は標高４７ｍ（15階建てのマンションの屋上の高さくらい）最大傾斜が32°。登るのは大変ですが、頂上に立つと日本海を見下ろすことが出来ます。

他の観光客が通った場所を歩く方が歩きやすいですね。
私は、新たな場所を歩いたので、靴が砂に埋まり、
砂が入りました。笑
ただし、苦労して登った後、頂上からの広々とした日本海の風景は絶景です。

長い長い経緯を経て砂丘まで運ばれてくるのも
驚きますが、その砂丘が海の沿岸からそそり立つ高さにも
驚きでした。

I walked in a new place, so my shoes got buried in the sand and I got sand in them. 😅
However, after the hard climb, the view of the wide Sea of ​​Japan from the top is spectacular.

It was amazing to see how the sand had been transported over such a long period of time to the sand dunes, but I was also amazed at how high the dunes rose from the seashore.

明治後期に英国人建築家によって建てられた、
医師フデセック氏の診療所と住居だった館。

館内では、17世紀バロックからヴィクトリア時代の
アンティークを中心に、ロイヤル・コペンハーゲン創設
200年記念鉢、セーブル窯の名品｢人物文大飾壷｣、
エドワード8世　載冠記念カップなど、王室がらみの
高級品が多い。

2階には世界的に有名な『シャーロックホームズの部屋』が
再現され、ホームズのトレードマークのインヴィネスケープや
ディアストーカーを着用して館内をめぐることができ、
記念撮影が楽しめます。

イングリッシュガーデンは、季節ごとに違った雰囲気を
楽しむことができます。

お庭の中にアリスの仲間たちが隠れていたので、
皆さんも探してみてくださいね。

Kitano Ijinkan (British House) in Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture

Built by a British architect in the late Meiji period, this building was the clinic and residence of Dr. Hudecek.

The museum is home to many high-end items related to the royal family, including antiques from the 17th century Baroque to the Victorian era, as well as a Royal Copenhagen 200th anniversary vase, masterpieces from the Sèvres porcelain factory, and the Edward VIII Coronation Cup.

The world-famous "Sherlock Holmes Room" has been recreated on the second floor, and you can rent Holmes' trademark cape and hat while walking around the museum and taking commemorative photos.

The English garden has a different atmosphere depending on the season.

Alice's friends are hiding in the garden, so try your luck finding them.

昨日から北海道ツアーでいらしてる
タイの旅行会社の方。

以前、打ち合わせで電話していた時に
『風邪、ひいたの？』と言われたので
『花粉症だよー』と言ったら、

鼻で吸うスースーするのを持ってきてくれました。
タイと言えば！という私の中でのヒット商品。

今朝、鼻が詰まるので開けてみたら、
前に見たものより進化していました。

蓋がスライド式だし、スライドしたら😊マーク。

私の鼻詰まりを覚えてくれたのも嬉しかったですし、
このマークにも嬉しい気持ちになりました。

トルコからのお客様をお迎えしました。

どの観光地も桜シーズンで大変、混雑していましたが、
桜満開の日本を楽しんでいただけたようです。

皆様にとって、思い出に残る旅行になっていると
嬉しいです。

We welcomed guests from Turkey.

All the tourist spots were very crowded during cherry blossom season,
but it seems they enjoyed Japan with cherry blossoms in full bloom.

川越市　蓮馨寺

駅方面から蔵造りの街並み、　菓子屋横丁へ向かう道で出逢う蓮馨寺は、室町時代に創建された歴史ある浄土宗のお寺。

川越城主の母、蓮馨大姉が、安らぎの場を民衆にもたらすために建てた寺で、以後、庶民の寺として親しまれてきました。

境内にある「鐘つき堂（かねつきどう）」は、明治26年（1893）に発生した川越大火（かわごえたいか）の焼失を、奇跡的にまぬがれています。その銅鐘（どうしょう）は1.5メートルほどと大きく、市内最大を誇ります。

蓮馨寺の境内にも多く桜があります。

本川越の駅へ向かう道で立ち寄ったのですが、
日が暮れ始めた時間。
桜の間から日が差すのもまた素敵です。

川越には、まだまだ桜の見どころがたくさんあります。
また、訪れたいと思います。

Renkeiji Temple, Kawagoe City

Renkeiji Temple is a historic Jodo sect temple founded in the Muromachi period that can be found on the road from the station to Kashiya Yokocho, a street lined with storehouses.

The temple was built by Renkei, the mother of the lord of Kawagoe Castle, to provide a place of peace for the people, and has since been loved by the common people.

The bell tower in the temple grounds miraculously escaped destruction in the Great Kawagoe Fire that occurred in 1893. Its bronze bell is about 1.5 meters tall and is the largest in the city.

There are many cherry blossoms in the grounds of Renkeiji Temple.

I stopped by on the way to Honkawagoe Station, and the sun was starting to set.

It is also beautiful to see the sun shining through the cherry blossoms.

There are many more cherry blossoms to see in Kawagoe.
Also worth a visit.

『新河岸川』

川越氷川神社の裏手を流れる新河岸川は、春になると川に沿って、約500mの桜並木に花が咲き誇る絶景のお花見スポット。

桜と菜の花でピンクと黄色の鮮やかなコントラストを楽しむ事が出来ます。
桜満開というより散り始めでしたが、花吹雪と川にその花びらが水面に落ちて『花筏』を見ることが出来ました。

和舟も流れてきて、とても絵になる素敵な光景です。

The Shingashi River, which flows behind
Kawagoe Hikawa Shrine, is a spectacular cherry blossom viewing spot where cherry blossoms line the river for about 500 meters in spring.

The cherry blossoms and r**e blossoms create a vivid contrast of pink and yellow, making it an effective way to enjoy the scenery.

The cherry blossoms were not in full bloom,
but had started to fall, but the petals fell on the water, creating a snowstorm of petals and "flower rafts."

Japanese boats also floated by, making for a picturesque sight.

『成相寺』

日本三景の一つ、天の橋立を見晴らす鼓が岳の中腹にある成相寺。

傘松公園のケーブルカーの山頂駅からバスが出ています。
本尊の聖観音菩薩は身代わり観音だけでなく、
女性の思いを叶える美人観音として親しまれて、
本堂には左甚五郎作の『真向の龍』があり必見です。
正面を向いた龍。
龍は横向きに描かれることが多いのですが
この龍は珍しく正面を向いています。

元々は日本古来の山岳宗教の修験場で、日本全国にある五つの
『聖の住む所』の一つとして信仰を集めていました。

『聖（ひじり）』とは、日本において諸国を回遊した仏教僧の事
だそうです。
 
京都市内からは少し離れていますが、
天橋立観光に合わせて、訪れてみてはいかがでしょうか？

' Nariaiji-Temple'.

Nariaji-ji Temple is located halfway up Mt.Tsuzumigatake, overlooking Amanohashidate, one of the three most scenic spots in Japan.
A bus service leaves from the top station of the cable car in Kasamatsu Park.
The main deity, Sho-Kannon Bosatsu, is well known not only as a substitute for Kannon, but also as a beautiful Kannon who fulfils women's wishes, and the main hall has a 'Dragon Facing Forward' by Jingoro Hidari, a must-see.

This dragon unusually faces the front.

Originally a place of ascetic practice of an ancient Japanese mountain religion, it has been worshipped as one of the five 'Where the Hijiri live’throughout Japan.

Hijiri' refers to Buddhist monks who travelled around the country in Japan.

It is a little far from Kyoto City,
Why not visit in conjunction with sightseeing in Amanohashidate?
