City Central Suite's location is currently being used as a film set for the shooting of Assassin's Creed.

Shooting has commenced today, until the 8th of September.

Assassin’s Creed has commenced shooting in Malta, the Malta Film Commission said.
Assassin’s Creed stars Academy Award nominee Michael Fassbender (X-Men: Days of Future Past, 12 Years a Slave) and Academy Award winner Marion Cotillard (The Dark Knight Rises, La Vie en Rose).
