fe and relaxed atmosphere. The beautiful mountains around Bergen are unique with the sea view. Combined trips with boat, sailboat, ski touring, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, camping and equipment rental. We hold courses for beginners and advanced, ski instruction in alpine, cross-country skiing and ski touring, avalanche courses and hold HSE lectures. We offer tours all year, and in the winter we have tours with snowshoes and skies in untouched nature. All in a short driving distance from Bergen. Have you not tried skiing or snowshoeing before; we will show you! Most tours are in terrain that suits most people with some hiking experience and a normal level of fitness. On request we also tailor demanding trips with the necessary expertise from our IFMGA certified guides. All our guides are local with the ability to tell you more about the Norwegian way of life, history, and culture. In addition to long experience with the outdoor life in the mountains, our guides have backgrounds from The Norwegian Trekking Association ,the military, police, first aid instruction, emergency response training, ski, sail, and climbing instruction, and sea rescue. Norway Mountain Guides collaborate with highly experienced doctors at Haukeland University Hospital. Our customers are solo travellers, families, groups, companies, and travel companies.Norway Mountain Guides warmly welcome you, and we look forward to showing you our backyard.

From sea to summit, only 2 hours by boat from Bergen we take you hiking in this area. Rosendal have some really challenging hikings tours, but also easy ones. have all we need for food,drinks and art gallery. Unfortunately, we only do these tours as private at the moment. Our Story - From Fjord to Mountain.

Norway Mountain Guides Established in 2015

Your guide for hiking and skiing.

We specialize in beautiful hiking and skiing tours all year round in the untouched Norwegian nature. Our speciality is scenic hikes in and near the town of Bergen, hiking with fjord views in a daytrip from Bergen, and winter wonderland snowshoe hikes in the winter. Bergen, Voss, Hardanger and Nærøyfjorden are our backyard. We offer light, medium and difficult hikes. Ski touring, cross country skiing, sail and hike, sail and ski, ski instruction. Contact us year round for a tailored trip of your preference. Everthing from small groups with 1-8 persons to tours for companies, families and simular.

Our goal is to create a unique experience in the Norwegian untouched nature for you.

We love to spend time outdoor and want your holiday to be great.We are born and raised around the mountains we guide our tours on.

For without long experience from the mountains, the guides have backgrounds from the military, police, first aid instruction, emergency Preparedness training, ski and climbing instructions, and sea rescue. Norway Mountain Guides also collaborate with highly experienced doctors at Haukeland University Hospital.

We do not take missions in very steep and demanding terrain. Example where it requires ropes or glacier walking. In cases where this is necessary to satisfy the customer's wishes, we hire the necessary expertise from IFMGA certified guides.

Norway Mountain Guides – NMG

Fra Fjord til Fjell beskriver oss godt. Med hovedkvarter fra Bergen guider vi på fjellene rundt Bergen, Voss, og Nærøyfjorden.

På vinteren holder vi Randoneè/ Topptur kurs, HMS i fjellet teori kurs, og guider ski turer til urørte fjell på jakt etter de beste snøforholdene. For de som ønsker litt roligere vinter aktiviteter har vi trugeturer, og «Try It «Norwegian for a day». Da kan hvem som helst få prøve stå på langrenn ski med en erfaren guide.

Vår styrke ligger i å kunne tilpasse kundens behov utfra erfaring og antall deltakere. Vi kjenner fjellområdene svært godt, og garanterer at på våre turer får du en spesiell opplevelse. Våre turer varierer fra 2 timers turer til 2 dagers turer.

Vi benytter kun lokale guider med bred fjellerfaring, solide førstehjelpskunnskaper og sosiale gode ferdigheter. På turer med svært eksponert terreng bruker vi internasjonalt sertifiserte guider.

Alle guider snakker selvsagt flytende engelsk.

Målet vårt er å dele vår glede med å være utendørs, og gjennomføre alle turer med fullt fokus på sikkerhet.
