Everest Base Camp ( EBC) Trek Diary
Day #1
What a great weather and views around Lukla airport, we headed further down to Cheplung village, crossing few suspension bridges, passing beautiful village of Ghat, magnificent view of Lungden and Kongde Ri mountains in a distance
really feel blessed and overnight stop at the peaceful village along side of Dudh koshi river Phakding ( 2630m)

Safety Precautions while doing trekking in Nepal 🇳🇵🇳🇵
1) When caravans of Yaks,Naks, Donkeys and Mules encounter on the trail, please take mountain side not the river side
2) Acclimatize properly
3) Stay hydrated always
4)When taking picture, make sure you are standing at the safe place
5) Travel Insurance is very important
6) Check weather condition
7) Start Early and reach early
8)Sleep well
9) Eat well
10) Wear appropriate clothes

11) Always trek with Guide no matter what others saying, It is for your own safety
12) Be careful in landslides prone areas
13) Always show culturally accepted behaviour
14) Get Nepali currency exchanged from Kathmandu
15) Any sign of AMS, HACE, HAPE , do not proceeds forward
