Upper Dolpo trekking is a magnificent trek with numerous scenic and cultural variations as well as romantic geographical backdrops located in Nepal's mid-west region beyond the Dhaulagiri massif, towards the Tibetan plateau. It is here specifically that people still practice the pre-Buddhist Bon Po religion. This early sect was almost entirely replaced after Buddhist doctrine began to spread across Tibet in the 9th century. Dolpo remained unknown to the rest of the world until David Seagrove discovered the region in 1956. His account of his seven-month journey in the inner mountain areas of west and central Nepal, titled 'Himalayan Pilgrimage' is the most authoritative work describing this region. Surrounded by high mountains, including the Dolpo massif to the southeast, and cut off by high passes closed by snow half the year, Dolpo's easiest access is from Tibet, where its people emigrated from perhaps 1,000 years ago.

It offers an experience due to the area's isolation, beautiful mountain scenery, varied flora and fauna, and vibrant local cultures. A strong physical condition and previous walking experience are prerequisites for this expedition. Due to its location deep within the steep ice giants of the Khumbu region, the Sherpas gave this deep valley the name "Rolwaling," which means "the cemetery." Our views of Mt. Gaurishanker, Rolwaling Himal, Chobabhamre, Dorje Lakpa, Yalung Ri, and Pachharmo peak will be spectacular from this walk. Tashi Lapcha Pass contains a challenging path. A mountain climbing permit is required for this route.

The endangered Royal Bengal tiger and the well-known one-horned rhinoceros of Asia can be found in Bardia National Park, which covers 968 square kilometres. The national park is situated in the Bardia district, which is in the far western part of Nepal. The river Karnali borders the park on the west, while the Churia range borders it on the north. The Babai Rivers pass directly through the park, offering a fantastic home for wild creatures. The park is best visited in the fall, winter, and early summer when the weather is mild and dry. Midwestern Nepal is where the park is located. It extends into the Siwalik Hills, where sal is stunted and beautiful forests and grasslands may be found, from the lowlands, where sal can be found. The Indian rhinoceros, which was just recently brought, the tiger, and swamp deer are mammals. Lowland forests abound in the area; among the birds are some Western peculiarities, like the white-napped woodpecker. Via Nepalgunj in the Banke District is the best route to take to go to the park. From Kathmandu, Nepalgunj is easily accessible by air and car.

The enormous snow-capped mountains and stunning glaciers are most easily accessible in Langtang. Only 19 miles separate this valley from Kathmandu. Mount Langtang Lirung (7246m), which dominates the entire valley, is home to pine forests, fast mountain streams, craggy rock, snow-capped peaks, grassy downs, and meadows. Kyanjin Gompa is the final stop on this walk. You go to glaciers and old Buddhist temples. You stay here for one more day, and then the following day you have the chance to ascend Kyangjin Ri (4350m).
