One of the iconic temple that still survives today is the Temple of Nyatapola, founded in 1702 A.D. under the reign of King Bhupatindra Malla of the Malla dynasty in Bhaktapur

This beautifully sculpted structure is considered one of the country's tallest pagodas and is a magnificent example of the enormous artistry that went into these buildings.

This five-story temple can be reached by walking up a flight of stairs that leads to the peak of the tower, with a five-tier roof that rises just over thirty meters wide. When you move up these terraces, you can find sculptures on each side of you, at each level.

Nepal is the richest country in terms of biodiversity and natural resources. There is variation in altitude and geographic location. Himalayan Tahr, Blue Sheep, Snow Leopard, Wild Boar, and several species of deer are the common species in these areas. Blue Sheep hunting and Himalayan Tahr hunting are the famous hunting in Nepal. The Department of National Parks and Wildlife Conservation provides the hunting license and permission for some animals to hunt.
Hunting in Nepal takes place at extreme altitudes in very challenging terrain and rocky mountain. A good physical condition is a must to go hunting. The shooting average distance can be very long. So we generally recommend rifles in the 300 magnum class. Also, hunters have to practice very well before hunting. Generally, be comfortable shooting at distances of 400 yards and more. Hunters should be aware of the potentially fatal risks of hunting at high altitudes in Nepal. Similarly, it is very important to discuss preparations with a medical professional beforehand.

In the Himalayan country, controlled hunting is allowed with proper licenses and certain seasons of the year. Dhorpatan Hunting Reserve covers an area of 1325 sq. km. that encompasses Baglung, Myagdi, and Rukum districts in Western Nepal. It is the only hunting reserve in Nepal and is famous for blue sheep hunting. This is the hallmark of the thrill of hunting in Nepal where you will get the chance to experience one of the extreme and memorable hunting in the world.

Known as the rooftop of the world, the Himalayan mountain range, some 2400Km long and 200-300Km wide, is spreads over the nation of India, Nepal, Tibet , and Pakistan. The Nepal Himalaya, forming the center of this range, boasts some eight peaks that exceeds 8000m, including the world's highest peak Mt. Everest. These peaks and man's attempts to conquer them have made Nepal famous throughout the world.

Once Nepal opened its gates to foreign travelers in 1950, it became possible to challenge these mountains.
