Established in 2013, Malindo Air is an up-and-coming hybrid airline based in Malaysia, with headquarters in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. National Aerospace and Defence Industries (NADI) of Malaysia and Lion Air of Indonesia has become the first hybrid airline in the region offering passengers a combination of low air fare and premium in-flight services. The carrier operates from its hubs at the Kuala

Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and the Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport (also known as the Subang Airport or Subang SkyPark) in Subang, Selangor. Its fleet of Boeing 737-900ER and ATR72-600 aircraft plies both domestic and international routes. Since its inaugural flight on 22 March 2013, the airline has since expanded its network to include popular destinations in the region such as Thailand, India and Indonesia.
