Done and dusted, that’s the pool structure up! Around 1800 blocks in a day and a half, and hardly a block wasted (see photo 2) not bad going by the BBB boys!

Quick site visit for a meet and greet with our formwork consultants today.....making good progress on the tower formwork front. Managed 5mins to check progress on site afterwards. Concrete pool structure up and ready for slab pour tomorrow. Poly down in the bedroom pavilion with a slab pour booked for next week. Living pavilion poly and vapour barrier was being installed with a pour looking promising in the next few weeks. Some great progress from the boys, keep up the good work fellas!

Wow this is clever, Tower formwork design modelled in 3D! Thanks to the guys at Peri Formwork for all there work so far. For some reason I don’t think we’re finished yet!

As the project complexity increases so does our reliability on technology. On the Tern Point Lighthouse we’re embracing the tried and tested BIMx technology from Graphisoft to share our detailed 3D model with our site contractors. The feedbacks been fantastic, we should have been using this years ago!

Footings poured on the Tern Point Project! Big push by the BBB boys to get things to this stage....block foundation walls to living and bedroom pavilions next which will indicate the true scale of this build.

The BBB boys are on fire in Mangawhai! Tower footings boxed & Bedroom Pavilion steel in ready for concrete. Living Pavilion steel now in ready for concrete tomorrow. Engineer and Council inspections pass with flying colours....Even some time for a spot of fishing! Keep up the great work boys!

Copper pipe towel rail? It actually works really well with the RK59 cedar finished with . The aged brass finish of the light switch and power outlet looks pretty sharp too! Other photos show master ensuite ready for tiling on the Farm Cove Home.
