The different colour ranges vary from light to heavy intensity! The more points, the lighter the mat!

I hate but love these, I did 5sets 5reps today which is typically what my training consists on ☺️

1️⃣ Standing with your Mid foot under the bar

2️⃣ Grab the bar, Bend over without bending your legs

3️⃣ Bend your knees and drop into position, until your shins are touching the bar

4️⃣ Lift your chest and straighten your back

5️⃣ Pull, take a deep breath and stand up straight with the weight
