Back in almost black... again...

Partial re-clad, new coat of reinforced mesh render, finished off with 2 coats of Resene X200.
These two town houses needed a little TLC, a little time addressing some design faults of the late 90's and some outside the square thinking.

We think they came up OK 👌

Here's a little rework of a beachfront home in Akaroa. This one ate a fair bit of product, lumpy 60's Summerhill stone becomes smooth modern classic..

Operating the boom without knocking the chimney over, check ✔️
Match the double brick Hardie wrapped chimney to the existing finish, check ✔️
