We love this time of night when the kākā are singing 😍

It's kiwi listening time! Every year we participate in a survey of kiwi in the area, for 2hours on 5 nights, sitting outside and recording kiwi calls. Last night we heard 4 different kiwi, both males and females in the valley behind Kaka cottage 😍😍 nothing to see here, just the sound of a male kiwi 😊
