The club offers the chance for its members to experience outdoor education, adventure based learning and of course fun! Members join on a term by term basis and club nights are currently scheduled to run through the
school term on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons between 3:30 and 5.30pm. There will also be special events run throughout the holiday periods as well. Our Instructors use a wide range of structured physical and mental challenge activities to provide students with a ‘hands on’ experience, that’s fun and exciting! These experiences are conducted with the ‘Challenge by Choice’ principle. This encourages respect for one another, using the skill of making one’s own choices free of peer/group pressure and promotes experiences where everyone contributes to each other’s choices and self-esteem development! All activities are developed and run in conjunction with EOTC guidelines and NZ curriculum. We also run programmes for school groups during term time. New members are always made very welcome.
