'The Makery', All Saints Church, Vanguard St, Nelson is a new space where Kaye Bustin Studios will be holding workshops and events. Kids Holiday Workshop coming up (see below).

It's the Kapiti Coast Arts Trail this weekend and next- I'm so looking forward to going around to a few studios in between workshops! A great way to meet Artists in their own habitiat and browse their work, purchase or commission them. 😉
My studio will be open 2-4pm tomorrow (Sunday) for a last chance to come and say "Hi and Bye" and to see a few new works and of course a few wee Kinas- always a fave!! I'd love to see you 😀

Last Kapiti Workshop coming up... Butter Dishes, one more time! Get in quick if you want to come and make one of these beauties. Robust, dishwasher safe, your own design- perfect for storing the butter at room temperature, ready to use.
DATES: Sat 29th Oct and 5th Nov
TIME: 10-12noon
COST: $105 includes all materials, clay, glazes, 2 firings plus morning tea/coffee is served both weeks.

Lots of 'Lasts' for me at the moment... Butter Dish Workshop- that last one in Kapiti...Nearly full, but I have a few spaces left in the morning class- 10-12noon and just 2 spaces in the afternoon class 2-4pm
DATES: Saturdays 29th Oct and 5th Nov ( you need to come both weeks)
Cost: $105 includes clay, glazes, all other materials, 2 firings plus morning/afternoon tea is served.
These are so cool, quirky and practical plus they are dishwasher safe!
Great fun to come to with some friends.

Funky Fish, Kids Holiday workshops in the first week of the October Holidays...they make their fish out of soft clay on day 1, then come back and glaze it a few days later. Bookings essential, for children 5years +

There are a few spaces available in the morning class next Saturday 20th and 27th August.
The cost is $100 to make 3 hanging planters and glaze them too. They look great in a bathroom or anywhere in the house really!
All materials and morning tea provided.
A great way to de-stress and unwind whilst producing something handmade you can be proud of.😃
