Hill B3 is now sold and will be ready later this fall to hand over to the lucky family! We are now installing the roof on that building and at the same time completing the tile in the lower floor bathroom.

A new building is now born at The Hill. Unit A3 and A4 is getting its ground floor prepared. Within two months we are at the roof top level. You see A2 to the right where we now planted yellow palm trees recently. A2 and A3 is for sale - special offer on A2 available this month!!!

Today we got two Coconut trees planted at the Hill A1 A2. Three meter high and heavy work involving four persons. Garden work is coming along - a part of our vision as well with a lush and green garden with bushes, flowers and trees.

While we are laying the concrete foundation for the second floor on B3/B4 we are now installing the septic tanks at A1/A2 and prepare to connect water next week. 200 meter flexible PE pipes, water filter and first water tank just arrived.
Meanwhile the last decoration indoors at A1 is now at its final stage.

Decoration of the show unit A1 is ongoing. Internet installed and Smart-Tv and Dolby Atmos soundsystem running flawlessly. Looking forward to the tempered glass walls to be completed in the showers. Want to have a look with your own eyes - stop by for an inspection of The Hill Residence!

Hill A1 kitchen almost done. Book your viewing today and we show you the area. A2 is for sale and will be ready in six-eight weeks. B-building first floor concrete coming up beautifully and in a month you should be able to inspect the view from the roofed balcony on the upper floor! Three sold out of 15 units.

Another unit SOLD so yesterday 20 Oct we started to prepare ground work to build B3 and B4 - exciting! At the same time we connected the sky walk with the final steps to the upper land so can now easy access A1 and A2.

Plastering upper floor done and electric wiring as well. Attention to details is essential for a good result when you need to use your kitchen later. Lamps, furnitures, tiles and mixer taps, doors made to order... about billion details left... but so satisfying and creative flow :D oh... Villa B4 SOLD and construction starts in a week 🥳

Villa A1 ground floor done all plastering. Walls on upper floor will be completed in three days but have to prepare switch and outlets before plastering. Picking up bedroom floors in Krabi today arriving from Bangkok. Show villa done during November.

The plastering on internal walls on the ground floor almost done so now starting the exterior walls. Roof construction already in place and work can continue on the upper floor with the walls, even during rain. Happy with the progress. More to come...

The walls on the ground floor will be completed during the time we wait for the roof slab and beam to set another week. Insulation between the double walls is a great way to keep the unit cool and quiet. Stairs between the ground and upper floor is also getting in place. We are in Bangkok at the moment to look closer at the facade material that we believe will make the unit look modern and give it a real fresh look!

16 Jul-7 Aug - lots of progress with upper floor, pillars to roof slab and beam where we poured concrete today after wating few days for the sky to clear from rain which happened today. But the most intersting things take place on the ground floor where we can work even during heavy rain and we started with the exterior and the interior walls. Insulation between double walls and ventilation are the things to get in place and kind of a new things for the contractor. Even door frames are mounted.
