Our company name of Golden Homes originates from our family name of "ALTIN" meaning Golden in English; it is a real estate agency and construction business. We are a long established family in the Dalyan area and our family owned businesses are diverse. Golden Homes is our most recent business venture and we now have an office in our home town of Dalyan where you can view pictures of the proper
ties we have for sale on our books together with photographs of some of the buildings we have completed these include high quality luxury unique villas. We can also show you detailed design drawings of projects we are currently undertaking. We only employ top quality skilled workers to ensure the highest level of construction and finish. We offer many services at our newest agency including a help service for foreign visitors. This boat is working with the Dalyan Boat Co-operative providing fantastic tours and trips for tourists who visit the town. We also have GOLDEN OLIVE OILS this is our organic olive tree farm in Ekincik/Köyceğiz where we produce first cold pressed olives into pure organic virgin olive oil products. Our family has a restaurant in Dalyan named the BISTRO CLOU situated alongside the market square. Our restaurant is renowned for its traditional Ottoman recipes and has been featured in the following publications: Lonely Planet and Trip Advisor. The restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere and has gained a reputation for high quality foods.
