THE ROTHSCHILD'S GIRAFFES,
These are a subspecies of the northern giraffe ๐ฆ. It is one of the most endangered population of giraffes in the world and #MFNP in #Uganda has the largest concentration of these species in the world. During game drives in the open grasslands here, they are what you can't miss on. Long necks, Long necks, long tongue, browsers, all these make them fascinating creatures.
This one here was captured in Lake Mburo National Park that is also seeing an increase in numbers of these wonderful creatures.

What to Expect on a Safari Adventure
Witness geological wonders
Combine your love of animal spotting with the chance to visit some of Uganda's most beautiful and photogenic nature destinations. Kyambura Gorge in Uganda for example, is a zigzag valley in whose abyss lives a permanent cartload of rare chimpanzees. "The dark valley of the apes" as I like to call it... Kyambura Gorge as it's more professionally called. In it's neighborhood is the incredible Kazinga Channel that binds Lake George to Lake Edward and all these are truly geological wonders.

In this other video, the bigger group of cyclists is being welcomed at the entrance of L. Mburo National park by a ranger guide. This is after the other small group that was confronted had reunited with the other colleagues and they all entered the park together.
In the first video, a group of tourists are seen to be confronted by locals (a mother and her daughter) and in their argument, the locals are questioning the tourists that who told them to drive through their (locals) farm as they wield heavy sticks. The locals go ahead to tell the tourists to turn around and go back and the daughter is heard saying that they don't want #covid . The tourists are in the meanwhile pleading for a safe exit. They were part of a bigger group of cyclists that that took an offroad track.
This happened in the outskirts of Lake Mburo National park in western Uganda. Apparently, the tourists had set off from their hotel on their own enroute to the park for their cycling adventure. Unfortunately, the video became viral when the tourists had already left the country and they were not here to tell the story.
