East Africa Vacation between June 2022-February 2023
Day 1:
Arrive in Kenya and meet your guide at the airport who shall transfer you to check into the oceanside hotel PrideInn Paradise Beach Resort and Spa. We shall have a relaxed day at the beach to ease your jetlag, take in some shopping in the afternoon and local dining at a sea-side restaurant. Dinner shall be served at PrideInn Paradise Beach Resort & Spa.
Day 2: Mombasa Old Town
The day shall be spent visiting the Mombasa Old Town, while also touring the Fort-Jesus historical museum, the giant Elephant Tusk, a stroll through the market interacting with the locals, and if time permits, a visit to Haller Park, with a return to the PrideInn Paradise Beach Resort & Spa for dinner.
Day 3: Mombasa - Nairobi
Take an early morning flight from Mombasa to Nairobi. You’ll be met at the Nairobi airport by our driver/guide. From there, you’ll start off for your Nairobi city tour which will include the Central business district (CBD) including KICCI (Kenyatta International Convention Centre), the parliament buildings, National Achieves among others, and the Giraffe Centre.
We shall then proceed to The Giraffe Center located at Langata, approximately 20 kilometers from the center of Nairobi, Kenya. The Giraffe Center visit is a wonderful and refreshing experience undertaken during your city excursion. The tour gives a completely up close and personal interaction where guests have the opportunity to view giraffes as well as feed them. There is also an impressive variety of bird species that can be viewed.
We shall have lunch at the Havelis Haandi Restaurant located at the Capital Center Mall, but dinner (& your accommodations) shall be served back at the Trademark Hotel or the Tamarind Tree Hotel where we’ll stay for 2 nights.
Day 4: Nairobi National Park & Daphne Sheldrick Wi
Semuliki is one of Ancient Africa’s national parks found in western Uganda, on the foot hills of the Mountains of the Moon and is characterized by the diversity of forests.
