The Chookstead

My husband and I are sustainable farmers with victory gardens in Central Texas. Kristin has her Master of Science in Sustainable Food Systems from Green Mountain College and has worked with ten farms in her tenure. Many of those were certified organic or sustainable. She is also a Sustainability consultant that teaches workshops and is currently writing a book on Value Added Living. Their ethos focuses on social, environmental, and economic sustainability(SEE).
