I am so ecstatic and cannot wait to see the transformation of the Kiva!!!! We are setting up for the retreat on Monday and are having such a blast putting everything together.

This beautiful pose is such a great tool to increase inner and outer strength, coordination and stability. Learning to stay focused and have mental clarity all while holding this elegant pose will help you in your daily life to remain focused while doing something difficult. It is truly the essence of yoga-connecting the mind, body and soul.

Start in Warrior 1, with your right foot firmly planted on the floor. Start to lift your left leg, while simultaneously lowering your torso until your body is parallel to the ground. Flex your left foot as if you were pushing it up against the wall and lengthen through your arms. Focus your gaze forward towards the floor and hold for 30 seconds.
