Just want to give a little shout out to a good friend of mine who made the LEAP this week and decided to start working solely for himself. Andy Mckahan left his job and decided to dedicate his time 100% to him and his family. He has mentored under his father and my good friend Concrete Mike for 15+ years and if he only works half as hard as his late father did, he will be very successful.
