We visit job sites with a portable grinder capable of grinding sheetrock, lumber, asphalt shingles, and siding into valuable commodities for reuse on the job site, and collect and transport recyclable materials to the appropriate recycling facilities. Our on-site grinder takes the largest portion of your waste stream, lumber and sheetrock, and shreds it into valuable materials to reuse on site:
W
e grind framing lumber, engineered lumber products, sheeting, cedar roofing, and trim into a landscape grade mulch. The mulch may be used for construction pathways, erosion control, or vegetation protection. Strategically placed mulch will help keep mud and dirt under control during construction saving you and your subcontractors valuable time. At the end of the project, the mulch may be used in landscaping, or simply spread out and covered with sod. We grind sheetrock into an agricultural grade gypsum, which provides important benefits when applied to the soil on your job. Gypsum promotes drainage in the clay soils found throughout the Gallatin Valley, flushes salts from the soil, and adds valuable nutrients such as calcium and sulfur into the site. We grind asphalt shingles, hardi-plank siding, and tile into aggregate, which can be used as fill or for pathways or parking areas. In addition to our on-site grinding, Resource offers pick-up services for other recyclable materials generated on the jobsite. At each scheduled grind, Resource will pick up any recyclables available for haul-off. Resource Site Services provides a virtually effortless jobsite waste management system saving you time, money, and effort on your next project. For builders and owners pursuing green certification on their projects, Resource provides documentation for project certification under USGBC’s LEED program and the NAHB Green Building Standard.
