This 1884 brick house with Mansard roof and two story bay window, is an excellent example of Second Empire French Architecture. The 16 dormer side light windows are uniquely shaped inverted teardrops, giving it the unofficial name of “The Teardrop House”. A registered Historic home on the Colorado State Registry, It was one of the first large Victorian homes built in Buena Vista, CO over a century ago. Transport yourself back in time while still enjoying all the luxuries of today.
