For all of you thinking about getting or dropping Dish TV network, my experience was horrible. I set up StarLink (which was easy) so now we are streaming TV service and working great since I am in a very remote area. I called to discontinue service after 4 years with Dish not able to justify the costs. Dish representative kept trying to convince me to stay and I told him no several times, yet he continued and I told him I need to get this done to get back to work with him telling me I should call when I am not working. I took offense to this statement and I guess Dish thinks customers are here for Dish’s convenience? Finally got read all the disclosures and after 20 minutes and having paid my bill this morning I got an email saying I am being cut off today. I was informed I will be incurring numerous charges for equipment and threats of hundreds of dollars in additional charges if I miss my return dates or equipment is damaged. This is after 4 years of using this service and never missing a payment. NEVER AGAIN Dish Network!
