We approach each existing building project with goal to challenge our knowledge and make its owner proud to pass it over to the next generation.
- Violations and Permitting- Many Forma, Inc. clients/building owners face the problems of complying with municipal building codes. We can assists in interpreting building codes and help find the most advantageous solutions to building violations. Also, if necessary we help our clients in obtaining building permits in various stages of construction or construction under violations.
- Management- Forma, Inc. can represent its clients during construction process. Our experienced staff can monitor the progress of the construction work and confirm that work at the construction site is done per building codes and drawings, the material selected is high standard, the details used are safe and protect the building envelope from exterior weather conditions. We can be your eyes and ears at the construction site.

Finally, the Orthodontic Experts received their new headquarters in Arlington Heights, IL. This is expanded and renovated building with new masonry facade with metal panels and emphasized new entry.

We are proud to present recent images of completed renovation project by Forma, Inc for the Banquets at The Mayor’s Mansion. The original site of the estate by Chicago Mayor John Wentworth, two terms, 1857–1858 and 1860–1861.
Thanks to hard work of the owner John Kapusciarz the project became reality!!!
