Inspired by Racine’s river and lakefront setting, Hotel Verdant is an ode to its natural surroundings. Our team had the privilege of executing the Procurement, Branding, and Interiors for this project, and in honor of #EarthDay, we’re spotlighting some of the sustainable features we implemented:
🌱 Historic Renewal Project, repurposing the building formerly known as Zahn’s Department Store
🌱 Thoughtfully selected renewed materials for the hotel build-out
🌱 EV charging stations for guests
🌱 Bicycles for borrowing

Inspired by the rich culture and history of San Antonio, this modern select-service hotel puts you near the airport and within minutes of downtown San Antonio. Our integrated teams developed, designed and procured the property with the following key features in mind:
⭐ Gettys One designed the guest rooms to highlight locally inspired artwork and align quiet, creative space with comfort + amenities.
⭐ The expansive Great Room was designed to provide a dedicated space for guests to stay productive, network, or relax.
⭐ The inside/outside bar as a focal point in the lobby maximizes ROI while creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
⭐ The outdoor pool and terrace were outfitted with lighting features, comfortable lounge furniture, and bar access to ensure guests’ ultimate comfort and convenience.
