Average people are extremely stubborn and extremely slow.
I’ve spoken to enough in my life.
They take months to convince.
Literally MONTHS.
Even when there's a good opportunity, they don’t act for weeks.
An average person will watch their friends get in the best shape of their life, win titles, become healthy, happy, and strong as we continue to tell them to get involved.
They’ll FINALLY start years later when we start to show signs of our transformations and tell them how much energy we have.
They will refuse and half-ass the process. We tell them to find a coach, which they refuse.
And they’ll quit after a few weeks or months, just as we begin to tell them to hang in and be consistent.
Such is the life of a coward.
Staying average even when they have active, athletic friends literally telling them what to do to achieve greatness.
This doesn't apply only to training and fitness.
It applies to ANYTHING new.
"Coach I'm not slow"
How many of you reading this have applied an intelligent, sustainable diet to your life?
WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?
You don’t understand speed, discipline, and sustainability, the concepts are foreign.
You're afraid of "wasting your time" as if you don't sell your time sitting on a comfy couch in front of the TV.
Fear breeds sloth.
A coward is always slow to act,
They attempt to wait for certainty. They seek comfort.
Not realizing that by the time an action seems most certain is the time when the most opportunity is lost.
Averageness is a symptom of cowardice.
It guarantees weakness.
Bravery is required to break the cycle.
A brave person with good guidance will never stay average.
A coward is doomed to fail.
Customized diets and training programs are the future.
It's CERTAIN.
