When you have the perfect pairing, you experience the chemistry between wine and food. Chef Pierre Wolfe was raised in France and comes from a family of wine and food enthusiasts. Refining his skills for the past 30 years, Pierre operated a restaurant and catering businesses in the Columbus area – Bacchus’ Bistro, Pierre’s Bistro, and Pierre’s on 4th. Moez Chaabouni is a wine enthusiast. His greatest passion is researching and unearthing hard-to-find wine gems for his private collection and that of his friends. Pierre’s and Moez’s passion for food and wine is the reason for La Gourmandise.
