A little bit about us…

The 1903 at Beach Club is a brand new in ‘24 luxury condo that will feel like your home away from home.

Named after the Wright Brothers and the year of their first flight in Kitty Hawk, you’ll find little pieces of aviation history throughout the condo.

Light and airy beach living with tall ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight. You’ll enjoy comfortable beds and furniture, large flat screens, a fully equipped open kitchen with an extra long kitchen island and an outdoor grill. Our front porch faces the pool with seating to relax and unwind after a fun day or while you sip your morning coffee.

Beach Club at Whalehead is a gorgeous oceanside community with ammenties including heated resort style pool with private cabanas and fire pits. Coming soon pickle ball, fitness center, clubhouse, onsite dining and MORE!
