Magnolia Charm of Fairhope is the ideal retreat for anyone eager to immerse themselves in the vibrant beauty of our area. This freshly renovated haven features new appliances and furnishings, providing ample space for family gatherings. Nestled in a charming neighborhood with a convenient bike path, getting around is a breeze. Just two blocks away, you'll find access to Mobile Bay with a kayak ingress, boat launch, land fishing, and a nearby beach. Please note, we do not host pets at this home.
The space
Come experience the soul-rejuvenating lifestyle of Fairhope, Alabama. If you love the Gulf Coast, there are few places more scenic, with historic homes on streets lined with live oaks and a charming, walkable downtown. Fairhope sits on bluffs overlooking Mobile Bay, so you're never far from a view of the water. While it may not have the white sandy beaches of the Florida panhandle, it boasts a laid-back vibe that lowers your blood pressure—which may be the only reason you need to visit.
Beats Working Vacation Rentals had the pleasure of hosting a lovely couple from Minnesota at one of our other homes in Fort Morgan—Dock Holiday—in 2022 and 2023. The couple fell in love with the area and were dedicated to carving out a space of their own in Baldwin County. In May of 2024, their dreams came true with the purchase of Magnolia Charm. The home was built in 2018 and fully renovated in the winter of 2023.
Magnolia Charm of Fairhope can accommodate up to six guests comfortably, with one king bed and two queen beds. The interior living space is 1,532 square feet.
Upon entry into our newly renovated home, guests are greeted by true Southern charm. This three-bedroom, two-bath home offers an open-concept living and dining space. The vaulted ceiling and open floor plan make this well-appointed home stand out. The living room is decorated with oversized comfy furnishings, creating the perfect place to relax and unwind with loved ones. There is a 65-inch flat-screen television for streaming your favorite apps. We do not offer access to any other streaming services or cable. Guests are to sign in to their own app accounts and are responsible for signing out upon departure.
The kitchen is fully stocked with more than the basics: pots and pans, a drip coffee pot, a K-cup coffee maker, a tea kettle, and ample utensils. If we have not stocked an item that is needed, please let us know. We provide complimentary starter packs of coffee, creamer, sugar, basic kitchen spices, and cooking oils. The dining table has seating for four and the bar has seating for two. The laundry room is also on the main floor.
The master bedroom ensuite features a king bed, a flat-screen television, a chest of drawers, two nightstands with reading lamps, and a closet for storing luggage. Its private four-piece bath has a walk-in shower, a loo, and a granite-top vanity with double sinks and ample counter space, fresh linens, and travel amenities.
There are two queen guest rooms, each featuring a comfy queen bed, nightstands with reading lamps, flat-screen televisions, and storage spaces for luggage. These bedrooms share the hallway bath.
Outside, guests will find the ultimate outdoor area perfect for enjoying summer nights and star gazing. The home has outdoor dining, seating, and a small clay fire pit for roasting marshmallows. Magnolia Charm has a propane grill. We supply propane and grill utensils. Please do not move the grill.
Downtown Gulf Shores is a 20-minute drive, and Downtown Fairhope is 15 minutes from the house. Guests can easily access Elberta, Magnolia Springs, Foley, Orange Beach, Pensacola, and Mobile. There are plenty of places to eat, festivals to enjoy, and overall fun to be had just minutes away.
