Bear Lake's Game Night Retreat, located in the heart of Garden City, will bring your family together again around your favorite board games. After a day at the lake, in the mountains, or sampling shake shacks nearby, find yourself settling in for a relaxing--or competitive--evening of laughing, arguing, and making memories over who built the longest road or slapped the card-pile fastest. Dust off the games you used to play--or try some new ones. At the Game Night Retreat, there's sure to be a favorite for everyone.

Don't have time this summer? That's okay! Plan your trip for fall or winter--Bear Lake offers fantastic winter activities, unbeknownst to most vacationers. Not in the mood for cold? Visit the Game Night Retreat just to get away and play. No need to bother going out. Turn on the electric fireplace, cozy tunes, and fire up those memories around our game table or a favorite holiday show.
LOCATION
Not only do you get an end-unit with increased privacy and space, but you're just a block away from all Garden City has to offer. Famous milkshakes, restaurants, window shopping, souvenirs, go-carts, "Old Ephraim's" 28-inch pizza, and more.
Shortly before your stay with us, you will be invited to access our digital guest guide, complete with everything you need to know about your stay. We'll share details about the home, local eats, activities, and events.
SWIMMING POOL & PICKLEBALL
• Free complimentary pool punch pass to Garden City pool, a brief walk up the street
• Community pickleball courts near the pool, just a short walk up the street--we provide paddles & balls.

Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen. Bring your favorite vacation recipes and find everything you need to prepare them. Some main things we provide are:

We've selected a variety of our favorite pillows--gel, plush down alternative, soft, and firm, so there's sure to be just the right pillow for everyone. All sheets, bed throws, AND bedspreads are washed after every guest.

• Since this property is brand-spankin'-new, there will sometimes be construction near the property. Thank you for your patience with dust, workers, and a little extra noise during the day--but wait, you'll probably be at the lake anyway!

CLEANING FEE
Wondering why our cleaning fee is higher? Because our standards are higher. In addition to a full top-to-bottom dusting, scrubbing, deep clean, and sanitizing between guests, our cleaners go above and beyond. Here are just a few reasons we stand out:
--All bedding (sheets, pillowcases, quilts, and throws) is washed and sanitized after every guest. You can rest assured that the bedspread you're snuggling into is all for you!
--Your shower curtain liner is also washed after every guest. The only bubbly body bumping into it will be yours!
-Every surface is dusted, cleaned, and sanitized every time.
-Every pillow, pillow cover, and sofa throw is washed regularly.
-Your part is small-- While we expect you to respect the property and hope you'll leave it tidy, you're on vacation and our checkout procedure is simple--just a few quick things. No need to even strip the beds. (in fact, please don't!)
