So excited that our number of followers is growing and we are finally able to share our little slice of heaven. It looks like bookings are filling up for the first three months of 2024. The rest of the year is still open. Part of me hopes we fill up and my selfish side wants us to be a “little” busy so we can still enjoy once or twice a month. I am getting ready to release Memorial Day weekend in A and we already opened up spring break in both units. Check it out!

It is taking longer than expected to be listed but Sonny got all new screens and trim installed during our last trip and we got a fence for dog and kid friendliness yesterday!!

Just missing a pool (rental and good fortune willing)/hot tub, some landscaping, and a couple of pictures I have yet to find. But it’s ready for guests!

Latest update!

Water is receding by our place with some water still standing. But those areas have been typical during a regular storm!

Physical inspection later today that all is well inside and we will see how well the new roof held up.

One more high tide expected-hopefully that is it!

Hello Hurricane season. We will take all prayers for the next 48-72 hours for our little slice of heaven. And for our neighbors who live there all year or visit over winter. It’s not in the direct line of the hurricane but we are on the “bad” side of the storm. Expecting 4, 9, 11 foot storm surge. All of Holmes Beach is flood zone and I am guessing almost all, if not all, the island is.

We are ground floor with the little bungalow. One foot of salt water is doable but four feet will destroy everything in it. It’s too late to empty it so we are hoping and praying for the best.

Luckily the sunrises and sunsets will continue and may little Seaduction AMI live on. 🩵💙🩵💙

22 months in the making - for all the wrong reasons - but we have passed all final inspections and we are signed up with a property manager.

Not listed publicly just yet due to landscaping, pics, and some final items. But soooo close!

Expect updates in September for an official release date!!
