Hello Beach House friends,

Thank you very much from the bottom of our hearts for your patience and support as we navigate the aftermath of Hurricane Helene and Milton.

For guests with arrival dates prior to November 15th, we are happy to either move your dates or provide you with a full refund. However, those guests who purchased travel insurance will need to file the refund claim with generali global assistance (the travel insurance company) and they will issue your refund. If you have any questions regarding this process, please contact [email protected] and we will happily assist you.

Our reservation team is reaching out to guest in order of arrival date to assist with any cancellations or new reservations.

For those with plans after November 15th,we appreciate your patience as we continue to assess recovery efforts. We will be in touch soon with more updates.

Happy Sunday Beach House friends☀️☀️

My heart is so warm and happy this morning!

To experience such a devastation not one but two back to back hurricanes is indescribable. But one thing for sure is the AMI community is coming together to rebuild our island. The support is overwhelming and people from all over the United States are coming to help! Everyone is working around the clock 24/7 to do any and everything they can. Trucks filled with donations from all over are coming in, restaurants are offering free meals to everyone, city is working hard to clear the roads, county is working hard to pick up the all the debris, pool and landscapers are working extremely hard as well! People are walking up and down each road offering their help.

The outreach is incredible! Remember we love this island and will do everything to rebuild as quickly as possible. For some this isn’t just a job, this is our island and this is our community in which we are deeply in love with. We will get our little slice of paradise back little by little, day by day. We are committed to bring the magic back to AMI. We will remain positive in this journey and hopeful, as this is what the community needs. We are always stronger together and we are proud to be always.

Good morning Beach House friends!

Hurricane Milton update 🗣️🌀

While it is still very early, the initial reports we have received about the island are encouraging.
The main thing is that the storm surge and flooding seem to be far less than we just experienced with Helene! The extent of that damage is still unknown at this time. Our service team will be in the field this weekend assessing each property. We will keep you all posted as we know more.

Our office staff will be working around the clock remotely to answer all emails. Please feel free to email us at [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Our phone lines are still down and our office is without power.

Thank you again for all your patience and kind words! Day by day we will continue to work on getting our beautiful island back! We have a great community, strong support system and people from all over are coming to help!

Hello Beach House friends! 🗣️

As most of you know Hurricane Milton is on the way! We have packed up of office and our team is headed off island to be with their families and prep their homes!

Our office will be closed until after Hurricane Milton passes and we will be working remotely via email dependent on power and WiFi. We will respond as soon as possible. Please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] and we will respond.

The island has issued a mandatory evacuation!

Water shutoff to the island will happen tomorrow (Tuesday, 10-8) at 10am. This will be a bit different than Helene as it will happen earlier to ensure our infrastructure remains intact and to salvage our lift stations. Also, the water will be completely shut off. There will be no 20% flow. Power will be shut off Tuesday night when first responders leave the island!

A huge shout out to all of our guests as you all have been very patient and have been so kind to us during these unprecedented times and that is greatly appreciated from your Beach House friends!

We can happily say we have cancelled all our guests for October and issued FULL refunds. Also, have reached out to ALL guests with positive updates. We are diligently working on answering all emails and phone calls. Please be patient as we are working around the clock to get back to each of you.

We’re making major progress every day as we work to restore our homes and bring the island back better than ever! We’re moving forward with dedication, hope, and so much love for our beautiful Anna Maria Island. Every day brings us closer to hosting you again.

Hurricane Helene- Positivity and motivation are the two words of the day! 🗣️🗣️

Our amazing team has been working around the clock. Progress is moving fast, city is working non stop to get the roads cleared which most are in Holmes Beach and Anna Maria and most power and internet has been restored. Our community has been a huge help and together we are getting our island back more and more each day. Our ultimate goal is to welcome our guests back to the beautiful Anna Maria Island soon.

Update from your friends at Beach House Real Estate! 🗣️🚨

Hurricane Helene has caused severe damage to the whole island. Our hearts go out to everyone impacted by this disaster and it’s very heartbreaking to write this.

Please know our team is eager to return to the island and assess each property. No one is currently allowed onto the island. This process will take time as we focus on the most pressing concerns first, as well as try to survive without electricity, internet, phone services and running water.

Each of our guests for next week arrivals have all been contacted. Our office is closed and we are working remotely. The best way to contact us is via email at [email protected]. Respectfully, if your arrival is not within the next two weeks please refrain from reaching out to us at this time. Once, we know more I promise we will be in touch with all guests who have concerns with any reservations in the next 30 days.

Hurricane Helene update 🗣🗣

The island has sustained severe damage from the storm surge. The island is without power, internet or water. Many roads are still flooded.

No one will be allowed onto the island until the first in teams can clear the roads and we determine that it is safe to return. Once it is cleared, only residents with re-entry tags will be allowed onto the island.
