We’ve made it to Florida! The pool enclosure gone makes quite the spectacular view 😍 no bugs or any issues either so thankful that it’s fine in the short term. We’ll be replacing when we can!

We are live! NH Availability calendar has been posted as well. If it’s blocked it’s currently just due to us staying there. Finally got ship notice from the last bit of furniture and awaiting a few photos but otherwise we’re ready!

The new firepit area will be amazing year round (I envision a fire going while ice skating on the lake 😍). NH is *so* close to being ready to have guests!

Of course the star of the NH home is the view & location on the lake. This weekend we finally got out on the water and got to enjoy the lake!

We’ve been posting so much about the NH House but of course are still 100% focused on OBX & FL too. Our last guests used a drone for some fab pics and video of the OBX house which we thought was super cool. And then they got to see the Northern Lights too!

Love the neighborhood amenities in NH. There’s a 6 hole golf course just up the street!
